This morning, students got to learn more about their dominant personality type. Our leadership facilitator Joel Hilchey informed students on how personality type plays into how others interact with one another, and brought awareness to students on how their peers minds can work differently but just as effective as theirs. Being aware of your dominant personality is essential to learning and entering new spaces with a lot of new people. It can be a make or break when it comes to learning effectiveness and leadership.
