Students visit the Northwestern University Prosthetics and Orthotics Center to receive an in depth look at how prosthetics are built using low-cost, sustainable materials. In addition to touring the facility, students were actively involved in a motion capturing simulation to better assist researchers in specializing specific apparatuses for patients.
